We are seeking a Network Systems Administrator to join our team!

Incumbent is responsible for development, implementation, support and maintenance of multi-network, multi-user networks (LAN and WAN), maintenance of centralized, decentralized, and remote network services, and maintenance of network security and data integrity.

This is a hybrid role/working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain server infrastructure troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
  2. Ensure operating systems and user account management:
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
  4. Administer, maintain, and provide technical support for the organization's phone systems, including VoIP systems, and corporate mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  5. Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems, data, phone systems, and wireless networks.
  6. Flexibility to provide after-hours support.
  7. Collaboratively partner with internal team and work effectively with contractors or other external vendors.
  8. Keep pace with industry trends and developments. Make recommendations accordingly.
  9. React positively to change and perform other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, three (3) years of experience and/or equivalent education, training, and job-related experience.
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with phone system administration, including VoIP systems.
  • Experience with wireless network protocols, hardware, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and email security best practices
  • Experience with mobile device management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA Server+) are a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Participate in video calls/team meetings via web camera.
