About the Direct Marketing Assistant and Sales Marketing Manager Position
The Direct Marketing Marketing Manager candidate will be a trusted representative for our clients, which requires having a deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects marketing, particularly with regard to customer interaction, client services, Customer Service and other outbound marketing tactics. In this role, you will need to be comfortable with and capable of communicating the vision and benefits of various aspects of our clients on a number of marketing platforms. Team members gain hands-on experience with different platforms for each client. You should have an understanding of how and where these platforms tie into marketing strategies for our clients. We will be communicating their advantages and disadvantages to audiences across all levels of our clients’ target markets. You will also need to be comfortable and capable of both planning marketing programs and executing them.
Direct Marketing Managers should seek continuous knowledgeable in many area and be a problem solver to connect the dots between the marketing channel that brought a new customer and donor. Our long term goal is to expand and take on additional clients.
Responsibilities
Development of marketing campaigns and strategies
Customer service and client acquisition
- Implementation of product launches

Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in a Customer Facing interactions
Previous Experience in Retail, Restaurant, or dealing with the Public on a regular basis
- Exceptional Organization and Communication Skills
- Strong Work Ethic
