Electrician Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for electrical repairs and assessments following water, fire, mold, or other disaster events.
• Assess electrical damage and identify potential hazards.
• Safely perform necessary repairs and replacements of electrical components, including wiring, fixtures, panels, and outlets.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate effectively with other restoration team members, including project managers, technicians, and cleanup crews.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Uphold the company's high standards for safety and customer service.

Requirements for Electrician

• Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends (1 week & weekend per month rotation).
  
• Journeyman Electrician license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Experience working in emergency situations and disaster restoration is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in potentially hazardous environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
