Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic restaurant and catering Sous Chef to lead a tight-knit team in an intimate Napa Valley, CA location. This beloved lunch and dinner spot is frequented by locals and tourists alike. Most of the team has made this Napa Valley staple home for several years. This is an excellent opportunity for a catering chef to have a stable team working out of a single location.

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!

Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Ability to calmly lead, train, and inspire
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to improve efficiencies and grow the business
On and Off-site Catering experience required
Smoked Meat experience
Manage inventory levels and costs
