Job Title: Production Clerk

Classification: Nonexempt                                                
 

Reports To: Production Manager                                        

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Estimated Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Objective: Provides administrative support to the day-to-day Farm Accounting Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Perform data entry associated with Production.
• Document activities, production, personnel, equipment, etc..
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

Successful Candidates will have:

• Communication
• Critical Evaluation
• Ethical Practice
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish) 

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience with clerk experience preferred

• Highly proficient in computer skills and technology.
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Accurate and meticulous in data entry
• Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills
• Exceptional calculation and memory skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills

This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.  If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.

Pay Range (Low $16.50/hour  to Max $17.50/ hour)/hourly
