LPN Home Health Nurse (Wednesdays to Fridays 7pm-7am)

Job description

1st Americare Home Health currently is looking for a Full-time LPN to assist with clinical aspects caring for our adult Home Health Care patient in Round Hill, VA.

Available Schedules:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm-7am (nights)

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Follows plan of care as indicated by provider.
• Able to work with a large variety of patient populations and their families.
• Medication administration and treatments as indicated by disease process and provider order.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required: LPN License
• Required: Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
• Required: Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
• Required: Negative PPD test or negative chest X-Ray if PPD was positive
• Required: Active Basic Life Support Certificate or higher
• Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Required: Ability to prioritize tasks with considerable efficiency
• Required: Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour

• LPN License (Preferred)
