The Car Wash Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective management and maintenance of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. The manager oversees a team of technicians, assists in supply and supply management, implements maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with other departments, addressing site concerns, analyzing maintenance reports, and implementing process improvements. The Car Wash Maintenance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring optimal performance, minimizing downtime, and providing a positive customer experience.

What you will do:

• The maintenance manager is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of Cobblestone Car Wash’s equipment and facilities ensuring maximum up-time of our car care locations.
• Supervise a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring that all car wash equipment and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and reliably.
• This role will involve training of all team members on maintenance, repairs, and safety standards through training programs and scheduled site visits.
• This position involves overseeing maintenance operations, collaborating with management to optimize processes, and necessitates strong attention to detail and self-motivation for independent work,
• Stay up to date on industry trends.
• Manage multiple priorities across various locations is essential for success in this role,
• Keep detailed documentation on all maintenance and repairs.

What you bring:

• A proven track record of managing maintenance technicians in the car wash industry is desired.
• Ability to perform skilled work in the operation, repair, maintenance, and adjustment of car wash equipment using various tools and machinery, in a fast-paced highly communicative team environment,
• Flexibility and willingness to be available on call occasionally for after-hours service calls,
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to perform work with a minimum or no supervision or assistance.
• Strong level of understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, and instructions to install and troubleshoot repair equipment.
• Experience in plumbing and electrical.
• Knowledge and proficiency in equipment repairs, electrical, plumbing repairs and maintenance as demonstrated by work history.
• Must be able to work safely in an environment containing cleaning materials using personal protective safety measures.
• Position holder must possess good driving record and a valid driver license to be able to go to different sites of the company.
