Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Colorado Teacher License or have the ability to obtain an initial, professional, or alternative CO teaching license
• CLDE Endorsement or APS Credential- strongly preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the teaching craft
• Commitment to the belief that all students can learn and to the mission of educational equity
• Ability to use technology seamlessly.

• Charter school awareness or experience - preferred
• A strong liberal-arts education - a plus
• Experience with ELAchieve, and WIDA Language Proficiency Framework, Core Knowledge Sequence, and Classical Education - preferred
