Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in the state of employment
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Market and advertise properties for sale
• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Negotiate and facilitate the buying and selling process
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry
• Conduct sales presentations and property showings
• Perform real estate administrative tasks to support transactions
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions
