Healthcare Recruiting Coordinator (REMOTE - PST)


We are looking to hire a candidate with the experience and skill sets mentioned for one of our major clients within the Health Insurance industry. This is a fully remote role. It is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility for extension (s) and/or temp to perm employment based on positive work.


Candidates MUST be in the PST time zone. The schedule will be M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PST.


Position Summary:


Responsible for completing administrative and project assignments for the Director of Talent Management and Recruiting Team. Responsible for managing the process for all new hires and ensuring a smooth and efficient interview and onboarding process for all new hires.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the recruitment team to provide assistance with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Completing, reviewing, and tracking background checks.
  • Assist Recruiters in the preparation of materials for Recruiting events, etc.
  • Assist Recruiters with the posting of jobs on the intranet and external sites.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and other related correspondence for candidates.
  • Administer any new background verification requirements as needed.
  • Track and coordinate all activities with Employee Referral Programs.
  • Track and input data in a budget spreadsheet.
  • Build strong working relationships, demonstrate a high level of integrity, and establish a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Direct Support to TA Manager.
  • Tier 1 Technical Inquiries from Recruiters.
  • Manually tracking hire data for new growth/RFP hiring projects and any req change requests, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
  • Creating and managing req data from Open to Filled.
  • Job postings – ensuring reqs are posted in a timely manner by our media vendor (s).
  • Reviewing all drafted offer letters to ensure correct values (i.e. PTO accruals, Sign-on Bonus, STI %, non-compete verbiage, etc.) are selected and printed before Recruiters route for approvals.


Required Skills/Experience/Education:

 

  • At least 3+ years of directly related experience (Intermediate to advanced experience).
  • Above average PC skills in Windows environment (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong Excel skills - a must.
  • Ability to create pivot tables, formulas, scrub data, and manage multiple workbooks/files/sheets.
  • Someone who can create queries, SQL, and is able to create dashboards.
  • Must be familiar with SharePoint.
  • Someone who has experience with reporting, and possesses technical/hard skills, would be the ideal.
  • ATS (ORC – Oracle Recruiting Cloud) admin. support.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Creative; organized; detailed; resourceful and self-motivated; customer-focused, deals with ambiguity and change well, results-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • *Note: no onboarding of new hires involved with this role.
  • Ability to abide by Molina’s policies.
  • Ability to maintain attendance to support the required quality and quantity of work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Provided Equipment: Laptop, mouse, keyboard, docking station, and an additional monitor.

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire (CTH), W2 only. NO C2C.
  • Contracting Period: 6-month contracting opportunity with the possibility for extension.
  • Job Location: This is a fully remote position. Candidates in the PST time zone will be highly preferred.
  • The Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PST.
  • Contracting Rate: $25/hr. on W2.
  • Projected Start/End Dates: 5/13/2024 - 11/12/2024.
  • Interview Process: Microsoft Teams Meeting (1 interview).
