Accounts Receivable Associate - Part Time

Anaqua is looking for a Part Time Accounts Receivable Associate for its Boston-based Finance team. As part of a small team, this role is an entry level position and ideal for a candidate looking to learn and contribute to the team. We are open to remote, hybrid, or in-office applicants.
You’ll love this job if you like to:
- Help clients by answering their email questions
- Review account documentation and payment history to determine appropriate collection strategy
- Update account status and notes in NetSuite
- Post cash received to client accounts, as needed
- Research for unapplied cash
- Maintain Excel files of daily cash collections and report to management
- Other tasks, as needed
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Ability to manage tasks in a professional and timely fashion
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
