Haven is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to direct, supervise, and evaluate the activities of the clinical area for our Office located in Boca Raton, FL.  The optimal candidate will be a team player, well organized, enjoy mentoring, and strive for growth and excellence. Home Health experience is required.

What You Would be Responsible for:

• Evaluation, oversight, and management of patients and potential patient care
• QA of all clinical documentation 
  
• Participation in DON/Metric/Revenue/Educational meetings.
• Team leader of case conferences and staff meetings.

Haven Qualification Standards: 

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Currently licensed in the state of the HHA

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patience, and excellent problem-solving skills
• At least two (2) years of Home Care experience with at least one (1) year supervisory preferred
