We are looking for an Inventory Manager to join our fast-growing retain chain of clothing stores.


The role will be responsible for analyzing inventory, understanding, and controlling Excess &
Obsolete (E&O) inventory, strategies, policies, processes, and governance mechanisms to minimize
write-offs and E&O.


This role requires engagement with Planning, Sourcing, Store Managers, to deploy inventory, policies, and processes as aligned by leadership.

Responsibilities


In this role, you will be required to consolidate and analyze supply chain data to improve and identify new metrics and drive continuous improvement exercises on Inventory related matters, ensuring new processes are fully interactable with current sales processes. Work with all  other departments to manage inventory and to minimize risk of E&O. Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross functional teams to improve tools and processes to better manage Inventory and E&O process from end to end.


Previous experience with Inventory and Excess & Obsolete Management


Other Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of demand and
    supply data in Excel/Access etc. with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to present and manage data review with working levels and executive management.
  • Communicate and facilitate cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, document problems and
    corrective actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and able to
    summarize complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient critical thinking and ability to drive resolution in various situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization and to influence
    others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace, high-growth environment



Preferred Qualifications

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft
Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
