About being our Civil Project Coordinator

We have an exciting new opening for a Civil Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Civil Engineering team in our Seattle office. This position will provide engineering assistance to the civil engineering team. Our Civil Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple assignments, collaborating across teams, assisting Project Managers (PMs), and must be accountable and deadline driven.

Responsibility Highlights for our Civil Project Coordinator

• Assist with project deliverables, including but not limited to preparing project specifications from start to finish, technical Word formatting, and setting up automatically updating table of contents
• Determine legal forms and other required documentation based on project funding
• Bid support and coordination, such as coordinating with online bidding websites for project advertisement, and printing and binding hard copy deliverables in-house or with local printing company
• Manage and upkeep of the project deadline schedule; coordinate with PMs as needed to get latest project status and upcoming deadlines/deliverables
• Set up new project folders and maintain organized filing system for project folders

Minimum Qualifications to be our Civil Project Coordinator

• 5+ Years of Experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or transferable role
• Familiarity with WSDOT and APWA project specification requirements and guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam

Preferred Qualifications for our Civil Project Coordinator

• Notary License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Projects

• A competitive salary! The genuinely expected range for this position is $32.00 - $48.00/hour depending on experience; Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
