Job Description:
We are seeking a Safety & Compliance Engineer to lead investigations related to regulatory compliance and airworthiness issues. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead investigations for compliance issues including FAA inquiries, non-compliances, and audit findings.
Coordinate with engineering teams, leadership, suppliers, and regulatory representatives to drive issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure investigation documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and compliance practices.
Communicate complex technical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to lead projects and drive timely resolution of issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
Knowledge of FAA regulations, compliance processes, and ODA procedures.
Experience working with regulatory agencies or in commercial aviation systems.
Background in systems design, integration, or safety engineering.

Additional Requirements:
Must meet U.S. export control requirements.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
