Learning and Development Design Specialist (On-Site)

- Create and update course content, training material, and documents.
- Work independently and with other creative team members to produce eye-catching and attractive PPTs, job aids, flyers, email templates, etc. that follow the CrossCountry Mortgage style and branding guidelines.
- Meet project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work in partnership with the LMS and Training Coordinator Team Lead, the AVP of Learning Development, and departmental subject matter experts on courses and project requests.
- Interact with internal department leaders and SMEs to gather information and define learning goals and objectives for the intended audience of learning solution documents.
- Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation.
- Provide design support and recommendations by determining a format and approach that will effectively achieve positive learning outcomes.
- Assist with any reporting related to required training.
- Ensure material updates are documented and organized.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using an authoring tool such as Adobe Captivate to create training courses.
- Mortgage experience, a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design programs a plus.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to execute tasks with high attention to detail.
- Capability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
