Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer / Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Consultant (Manufacturing - Microsoft Dynamics 365)

No. of Positions: 2
Work Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (Fully Onsite 5 days/week & Locals only)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client / Implementer: HCL USA

Required Skills: Min. 10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, CRM Suite (Any 2 - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing), CRM processes in Manufacturing, Power Platforms, C#, Azure Cloud, Agile / Waterfall / DevOps etc.

Job Description:

Technical Experience:

• Experience working with Cloud Azure, Power Platforms
• Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in a team effectively
• Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure
• Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#
• Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
• Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
• Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
• Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)
• Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Experience in Power Platform native components, and Software Delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
