What You Do

• Give clients and visitors "The Gift of Great Service".
• Answer calls and takes messages.
• Receive, inspect, tag, and merchandise accessories.
• Schedule customer merchandise pickups.
• Route small parcels to appropriate personnel in the store.
• Ensures overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Utilizes Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) daily and frequently updates client's information.

What You Bring

• Six months experience in design or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to use general office and professional sales equipment including iPad.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have close attention to detail, and great organizational skills.
• Ability to work hours assigned at the store with frequent weekend hours expected and additional hours during special events.
