Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
• Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations 
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
• Participate in routine visual inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​Qualifications:

• Aerospace Experienced Quality Inspector
• Minimum 2 years Aircraft Inspection of Machined Detail Parts
• Candidate must work well unattended
• Dependability, Focus and being Self-Motivated are required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of reading blueprints, using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers and thread gauges, and have the ability to inspect close tolerance dimensions and assist in the completion of FAI reports.
• Ability to inspect hardness and conductivity during receipt of raw material and final inspection is of high importance.
• CMM experience utilizing PC Dmis a plus.
