Job description

Utilizes the ERP system (BPCS/LX) to perform inventory transactions and inquiries, including the use of mobile barcode devices.
Optimizes storage locations based on part velocity and volume policies.
Acts as backup for multiple areas when required.
Assures that material counts are accurately reflected in the system and material is stored according to defined policies and procedures.
Operates material handling equipment (forklift, order pickers, pallet jacks to move materials.
Able to identify part types and methods of storage associated with assigned area.
Performs put-away and picking functions utilizing BPCS barcode devices.
Maintains accurate stock counts, locations, and product IDs in assigned areas.
Rearrange material as directed for optimization.
Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required.
Order picking & staging (30 transactions per day avg.).
Follows all safety rules and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
Minimum six months’ forklift operating experience(reach).
Minimum six months’ experience working in a team environment.
Minimum six months’ data entry experience.
Inventory and cycle counting experience.
Experience in warehousing activities requiring a high level of precision and productivity.
