As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting logistics operations and ensuring timely, accurate movement of materials while maintaining cleanroom standards and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-performing logistics operation while gaining experience in cleanroom processes, inventory management, quality control, and customer-focused support.
Responsibilities include:
  • Move materials, components, and products into and out of a cleanroom environment while adhering to quality and safety requirements.

  • Operate hand trucks and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Perform daily warehouse activities, including packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and cycle counting of inventory.

  • Verify orders for accuracy and apply appropriate product labels and documentation.

  • Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment at all times.

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety for yourself and your team members.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, communications, and status updates to leadership and customers.

  • Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze data, maintain records, and support operational reporting.

  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Must have a Highschool Diploma or GED

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and standard operating procedures.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or material handling environment.

  • Flexible availability, including overtime as needed to support business demands.

  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive, professional attitude and a commitment to achieving team goals.

  • Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the workday.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following all applicable protocols and procedures.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
