We have pioneered many new power converter topologies and control algorithms, transforming the industry with highly integrated controller ICs and proprietary high voltage Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistor technology.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Power Management ICs using our proprietary BiCMOS process technology.
- Perform circuit design, simulation, layout supervision, silicon verification, product characterization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: BSEE/MSEE preferred with emphasis on analog IC design.
- Experience:
- Thorough understanding of basic circuit theory and common transistor circuit building blocks.
- Familiarity with power conversion principles.
- Understanding of device physics and ability to optimize circuit performance.
- Knowledge of transistor models and control theory.
- Working knowledge of Cadence design tools.

Pay Range: $74K-$114K per year
