AI Software Engineer

About the Role:

In this role, you will:

1. Own: Take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions to enhance our retail and restaurant experiences.

2. Define: Define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria for AI initiatives.

3. Develop: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to drive business insights and improve customer experiences.

4. Deliver: Deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

5. Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively.

6. Design and implement AI solutions to improve customer experience, including personalized recommendations, virtual assistants, and intelligent search functionalities.

7. Develop and deploy AI models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

8. Work closely with the data science team to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use machine learning to inform business strategies.

9. Continuously evaluate and incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

10. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and systems.

11. Conduct A/B tests and deploy machine learning models at scale, ensuring they operate reliably in production environments.

12. Document AI processes and models, and provide training and support to team members on leveraging AI tools.

We are looking for someone who has:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.

2. Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, or machine learning.

3. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

5. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

• A passion for AI with experience developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
