Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Palm Beach Gardens location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Job ResponsibIlities

• Accurately apply payments to the appropriate accounts in various billing systems and/or General Ledger accounts
• Balance all posted amounts to check and batch amount; troubleshoot as necessary; resolve any out-of-balance conditions
• Research difficult Remittance Advices for resolution to avoid posting to the misapplied cash accounts
• Review payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Verify transactions of deposits
• Reconcile deposits and payments
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Generate daily accounts receivable reports
• Maintains strictest confidentiality

Job Requirements

• minimum of two (2) years proven work experience in Accounts Receivable is required
• Ability to work with people in time sensitive and critical situations
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Stable work history
