Automotive Painter

Looking for somebody to work Nights, and Weekends. 20 to 25 hours of work per week with the opportunity off becoming full time.

Introduction: We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to become a full-time employee. This position requires availability during night shifts and weekends. Ideal candidates will be proficient in various painting techniques and committed to high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint to vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as spray guns, sanders, and buffers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of the painted vehicles.
• Manage paint supplies and inventory.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve output quality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Painter.
• Detailed knowledge of painting processes, paint mixing, and application techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced color matching techniques.
• Familiarity with the latest industry tools and technology.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive painting is a plus.
• years of experience in automotive painting or a related field.

Work Hours:

• 20 to 25 hours per week, primarily nights and weekends.
