What does success look like in this position?

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search and social advertising strategies for clients across multiple verticals. To be successful in this role, you must exhibit strong creative and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising, fantastic communication and organizational skills, and a desire to be part of a rapidly growing Paid Media Team. 2 years + experience is required.

This job might be a fit for you, if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns from start to launch
• Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
• Recommend and consult the PPC Manager on any new content or landing page opportunities in order to promote higher campaign performance
• Work closely with the PPC Manager to align campaign strategies and goals across the agency
• Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, audience targeting, and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and stay on top of the latest trends in PPC and Paid Social advertising
• Strong passion to help drive growth and success across multiple digital marketing channels and industries.
