Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a remote customer service position with a fast-growing company. Crescent Foods is the largest Halal poultry processer in the country. We are looking for someone to come in and make an immediate impact working closely in a support role to our national sales team. Please note, ONLY candidates from Illinois or Texas will be considered. This position will be primarily responsible for:

Data entry
Top of the line customer support
Keeping customer information confidential
Organizing customer information
Any other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

This position requires:

ONLY candidates from Illinois or Texas will be considered
3+ years of data entry experience
GED or High School Diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Analytical Skills
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Experience with SAP Business a strong plus
