Mental Health Therapist

Hennepin Home Health Care is seeking full and part-time Mental Health Clinical Trainees. Hennepin Home Health Care has been providing exceptional community based services since 1974. In addition to traditional home health services, we provide mental health counseling, ARMHS services and will have dual programming soon with SUD.

Qualifications: Hold current MN license in Behavioral Health License (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT); or Have a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and be on track to complete licensure as LPCC, LICSW or LMFT. Nice to have dual licensing with LADC or on track

Responsibilities: Perform Diagnostic Assessments and develop Treatment Plans Conduct Individual therapy sessions Complete required clinical documentation Participate in care coordination Participate in supervision requirements Schedule: This position has very flexible scheduling can be a blend of remote, office, and community for both full and part-time candidates .
