Sr. Oracle IT Manager - Supply Chain Management (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for a direct hire Sr. Oracle IT Manager - Supply Chain Management to join a leading developer and manufacturer of implantable eye lenses. The Sr. Oracle IT Manager plays a critical role working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization defining, delivering, and supporting IT business solutions and supporting roadmaps.

Location: Monrovia, CA or Lake Forest, CA (Hybrid working 3-4 days onsite; if located in Lake Forest, will need to commute to Monrovia once a week)

This job expects to pay about $140,000 – 170,000 annually plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications.
• Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration.
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.
• Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departments.
• Evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate.
• Instructs end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system.

What Gets You The Job:

• Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
• APICS Certified Planning and Inventory Mgmt. or Certified Supply Chain Professional highly desired.
• Expert knowledge of business systems processes within the medical device manufacturing industry, including Order-to-Cash (Order management, fulfillment, and warehouse mgmt. systems), Procure-to-Pay (Direct Procurement, Approved Supplier Qualifications, Receiving and warehouse mgmt. systems) Record-to-Report (Costing), Plan-to-Manufacture (including manufacturing execution systems), Product Lifecycle Management and eQuality Management systems.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle’s Fusion Configuration.
• Competent knowledge of Oracle’s Visual Builder Studio, Run-time and Integration tools, and API set to ensure/manage optimal solution designs.
• Prior experience within highly regulated, validated medical device manufacturing experience highly desired.
