The School has been open since Saalt began 5 years ago & we are looking for a new Team Member that will work alongside our two current Teachers to mold the lives of our young children. We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday 3 pm - 6 pm or 4 pm - 6 pm. Ability to be flexible outside of these hours would be a plus!

The Saalt Preschool is a special place for so many reasons. The new Teacher will add to that environment and will greatly contribute to this amazing benefit that is offered by Saalt. We need you to create a fun and educational environment for our Team Members' children so they look forward to going to work with Mom or Dad each day.

What You'll Do:

• Create a safe, fun and engaging learning environment for young, preschool-aged children with age-appropriate instruction (shapes, numbers, colors, alphabet, early reading, art, motor skills, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
• Remain positive and encouraging with the children to help build their self-esteem
• Maintain a clean room and tidy up during the day and at the end of each day
• You do not have to change diapers. Parents will be working in the office and can change their children's diapers as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Technical:

• Must love interacting with children
  Ability to act as a mediator between children
  Preschool teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
  Naturally kind and patient disposition
  Creativity and an enjoyment of crafting
  Physically capable of lifting, holding and caring for small children

Compensation:

Competitive wage: $16.60 per hour depending on prior experience.
