Salary: $80,000 - 100,000/year
The Audio Visual Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and completion of AV integration projects for commercial clients. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AV projects, particularly with Crestron and Extron systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to implementation and final handover.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Crestron and Extron systems.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide training and support to clients post-installation, ensuring they are comfortable with the new systems.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience managing AV integration projects, with a focus on Crestron and Extron systems.
Strong understanding of AV technologies, including system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
