Position Name: Remote Field Service Technician
Salary Range: $70K-100K (Based on experience)
Travel: As needed to clients in the New England region (work from home when not on business trips)
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, mechanical inspection, and repair of injection molding machines
Performing mechanical inspection and proposal for parts replacement of auxiliary equipment related to injection molding machines
Supporting customers in troubleshooting and repairs via phone and email
Developing and maintaining superior customer relations through technical service
Visiting clients to check the condition of injection molding equipment
Minimum Qualification/Requirements:
5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines
Knowledge to read Electrical and Mechanical Drawings
Strong Mechanical and preferably Electrical Skills
Understands Machine Alignments/Geometry of Horizontal Machining Centers
Troubleshooting ability mechanical and electrical
Ability to travel within US
