Job Description
Salary: $55,000

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office/Marketing Coordinator with a focus on marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong marketing skills, and excel in presenting information effectively.


Responsibilities:


  1. Administrative Duties:
    • Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
    • Assist in organizing company events and coordinating travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
    • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Marketing Tasks:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.
    • Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
    • Assist in managing social media accounts and website content to enhance brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  3. Presentation Skills:
    • Design visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint or other software tools.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
    • Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive features to engage listeners.
    • Adapt presentation style and content based on audience feedback and objectives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office coordination, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Prior experience in public speaking or presenting is preferred.
