Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - Noon

Requirements

Summary

Compiles, records, and maintains information related to the day-to-day activities of the production department. Works directly with customers, production, and quality department to complete various operations tasks. Focus on planning and implementing training programs and classes across the organization and maintaining proper documentation. Conduct safety training and maintain proper documentation.

Administrative Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.

1) Back up front-desk coverage by managing a multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment

2) Analyze and prepare quotations and re-quotes for production parts and website requests

3) Contact customers and vendors to relay or request various information

4) Create Work Orders on BlueStreak for customer purchase orders, verify pricing with Accounting, then confirm pricing with customers, and verify accuracy and completeness of work orders

5) Update Work Orders, adding parts, process, and the overall management of information that gets added into Bluestreak and master processes, as needed

6) Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address problems and/or complaints

7) Updating library of safety data sheets (SDS) and technical data sheets (TDS), as needed

8) Assist in powder inventory and make powder adjustments

9) Support management team administratively, as needed

Training Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1) Assist in coordinating the safety committee and evaluate, understand, and train employees on the safety handbook and all related safety training needs

2) Assist with employee orientation training programs to align with company and HR objectives

3) Manage forklift certifications and documentation

4) Work closely with department managers to schedule and deliver timeliness training with minimal interruption

Knowledge and Skill

• Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree is preferred

• Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting
