Automotive Leader - Shop Manager

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

In this role, you can expect each day to be filled with exciting challenges. Your main responsibility is to facilitate the smooth operation of our automotive shop, overseeing all aspects of our daily workflow. You manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. Offering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized facility is paramount. You enjoy that no two days are the same, and you revel in the direct impact you make on our success!

We're looking for someone who can work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm while meeting the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of automotive sales experience
• Computer proficiency, including experience with labor management systems and Google Suite
• Leadership skills and writing skills
• Valid driver's license

Sales abilities and conflict resolution skills would be helpful. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills would also be beneficial.
