Job Description

The LandQwest Marketing Team is growing! Be a part of an exciting and expanding division as Marketing Manager in our Fort Myers office. This “Qwester” will implement progressive marketing initiatives that enhance the LQ brand, its listings/tenants, and team members alike. He or she is additionally responsible for generating leads and enhancing the company brand through advanced marketing strategies and extraordinary service.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise local marketing and administrative personnel
  2. Update templates, checklists and/or forms, as requested by Marketing Director
  3. Provide cost-effective purchase orders as needed, pending budgetary and Executive approval
  4. Confirm and approve appropriate staff timesheets and/or Paid Time Off (PTO) requests
  5. Schedule, participate and/or spearhead weekly team meetings

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise local marketing department activities, including but not limited to:
    ● Routine promotion of local agents, property managers, listings and tenants – provide updates on outstanding assignments
    ● Production/distribution of flyers, packages, e-mail campaigns, biographies and other materials as needed
    ● Local sign orders, installations, inventory, repairs and removals
  2. Create and approve agent or transaction-specific proposals, presentations and listing materials
  3. Create local office “special feature” e-mail campaigns, landing pages, content offers, etc.
  4. Create tour books for buyer/tenant representation visits
  5. Create property-specific Opinion of Values, marketing packages and Offering Memorandums
  6. Ensure all marketing outlets reflect accurate and updated content
  7. Routinely track, analyze, optimize and report on marketing campaigns – notify related team members
  8. Research marketing and industry trends and technologies – recommend updates to Marketing Management Team

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain applicable content on Social Media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, Instagram) for designated market(s)
  2. Routinely track, analyze, optimize and report on social efforts – notify related team members
  3. Continuously presenting local market editorial and social media

EVENTS & NETWORKING RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in planning, executing and/or attending trade shows and industry events for assigned market/office(s)
  2. Assist in coordination of local office social events, sales meetings, Holiday parties, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Successful background in training and managing a marketing or administrative team of two or more employees required
  2. Expert knowledge of Adobe CC required, specifically InDesign and Photoshop (minimum two years – must pass skills test)
  3. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required (minimum two years)
  4. Knowledge of the Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate industry required
  5. Prior CMS, e-mail, social, and content marketing experience required
  6. Prompt attendance, strong managerial, communicative, and organizational skills also required
  7. Prior CRM experience a plus OR experience working with database management
