Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, maintaining legal records and files, and drafting legal documents.
Qualifications
- Experience in an Estate Planning and Probate Administration practice or affiliated profession
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; proficiencey in WordPerfect appreciated but not required
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Legal Assistant or paralegal in a law firm or legal department, and have a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. They should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
