   • Create a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

2. Product Knowledge:

   • Become an expert on our pottery offerings, paint options, and studio processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
   • Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our studio tools and resources.

3. Order Processing:

   • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
   • Manage transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

4. Issue Resolution:

   • Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner, seeking solutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve more complex concerns.

5. Event Support:

   • Assist in coordinating and facilitating pottery parties, workshops, and events.
   • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers participating in group activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
