CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a full-time Installation - HVAC Helper to install and replace heating and air conditioning systems such as heat pumps, furnaces, and condensers in the West Sacramento, CA area. This HVAC technician position comes with a competitive wage of $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level position typically works Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

In this entry-level position, you are eager to learn and improve your skills! You are vital to the operations of our company as you provide necessary assistance to our more experienced installers and technicians. While being their helper, they mentor and train you on a variety of important skills, including installing heat pumps, furnaces, and condensers. Additionally, you watch as other technicians demonstrate how to professionally interact with our clients. Every day is an adventure as you learn the valuable tools of this essential trade.
