Job Description

Volare Management Group is located in the Providence Rhode Island area and is looking to hire train and develop future Project Managers from the ground up. Project Managers are to oversee a new marketing campaign of one of our various client partners in the greater New England area or help expansion efforts in other markets including Miami, Boston, New York and more.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is an entry level position that requires a great student mentality, a competitive drive, and bullet-proof positive attitude when dealing with various clients, customers, and other team members.

We give hands on training provided by our senior staff and management team. Training takes place from the front end all the way into the backend of our industry. This position is ideal for recent college graduates or anybody looking for a career-shift into the business world.

We first focus on building a solid foundation on the communications side of our industry. This includes interacting and prospecting new customers to consult and sell products and services on behalf of our multiple client partners. After any new customer acquisition is made, management of that account is also included in the responsibilities of our entry level staff.

Once the basics are taught and out of the way, the focus shifts into a trainer and supervisory role. The candidates selected for hire will be responsible of not only training and developing new staff, but managing and overseeing a team of individuals. This will include having weekly performance reviews with staff members and holding the entire team accountable for great performance. Public speaking will be involved at this stage and team leads will be responsible of their own staff meetings and workshops to help train and develop them.

Based on the performance of the individual they will receive the opportunity to grow and learn further in depth of the backend responsibilities that managers take on as they are trained to take on the role themselves.
