Cabinet Assembler - Production

Cabinet Assembler – $21.60-25.50 per hour

Our client in Aurora is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Our client is a manufacturer of Indoor and Outdoor recycling bins.

What will you be doing?

-Assembles materials to form subassemblies and complete units using hand and power tools
-Cuts and forms materials using a variety of hand tools as required
-Installs hardware such as hinges, magnetic strips, doors, screws and casters
-Inspects units for conformance with assembly instructions & customer specifications i.e., labels, as well as conformance to quality standards and makes repairs and adjustments as necessary
-Assists with packaging, shipping and receiving and loading of trucks as required
-Assists with operating CNC equipment as required
-The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
-High school diploma or vocational equivalent
-Experience operating a variety of hand and power tools
-Able to read and interprets technical drawings is desirable
-Working knowledge of production processes using a variety of materials that may include high density poly-ethylene (Plastics), steel, stainless steel, aluminum and wood

What do you bring?

-Positive, can-do attitude
-Experience with Hand tools and finishing tools such as Impact gun, Electric drill and driver, cut-off saw, chisels, screw drivers, heat gun, and misc. specialty tools
-Experience with cabinet building, construction, wood working etc.
-1-3 years of experience
