$17.00-$24.00/hour
Weekend AM (Training available on 1st shift weekdays)
Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) The weekend shift offers a unique opportunity to work 36 hours - get paid for 40 hours!

We are looking for someone who has excellent functional and technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints/plannings/sketches for material prep and paint operations.
Experience performing material prep.
Paint Operations using a mechanical sprayer.
Finishing
Simple assembly operations within paint operations.
Familiar with basic hand and inspection tools.
Basic math and setup skills.
Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.
Perform stop-off at required areas per paint schematics, apply primer, and apply top coat to parts.
Operate a paint sprayer (this is critical).
Maintain paint booth and environmental logs.
Perform surface preparation of component for final inspection, including sealing of bushings, stenciling, and application of corrosion preventatives.
Execute minor polishing on major components for final inspection.
Ability to independently perform all paint functions.
Ability to interpret blueprints.
