BASE WAGE: Up to $18.50 per hour plus Admission Bonuses

$16.00-17.00 per hour, plus $1.50 Weekend Shift Differentials and Admission Bonuses

MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assist the Community Relations Director with the marketing and leasing of all apartments within the Community

Achieve and maintain 100% occupancy with a waiting list by marketing and showing units

Assist with the coordination of all tours for prospective residents

Complete all new admission paperwork at time of move in – (resident agreement/lease, addendums, take photo for PCC, etc.)

Follow up with all prospects or their families

Meet evenings and weekends to accommodate prospects and family schedules

Become informed of the competition, their building lay-outs, programs, amenities, and pricing structure

Oversee, plan, coordinate and execute marketing events with the Community Relations Director and Activity Department

Assist with external marketing – visiting referral sources, local businesses, community members, etc.

Participate in all company-wide marketing initiatives and calls

Utilize company marketing software to track and document leads/referrals
