Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full Time Hourly in Loudoun /Prince William Counties

BrightStar Care of Leesburg, Gainesville, Winchester, and Woodbridge is seeking FULL TIME experienced, reliable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The CNAs will assist clients with activities of daily living as outlined in a written care plan. We provide the best quality of care and exceptional support to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Our territories include Loudoun County, Prince William County, some pats of Fairfax County, and the Winchester areas.

Schedule: You are guaranteed 35 hours per week and could get overtime pay if you work more than 40 hours per week. If there are shifts available and you do not take them, your guaranteed hours for the week will no longer be guaranteed for the week. The work schedule will be either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

Benefits: You will receive 7 hours of holiday pay on the following 6 holidays New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance after 12 months and 1560 hours. 401k after 12 months and 100 hours; and Employee Referral Bonus of $120 following 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to patients
• Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, light housekeeping, etc.
• Complete and document duties and assignments in accordance with a pre-developed care plan

Qualifications

• Covid Vaccine required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation, drivers license preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
• Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push and pull 50 lbs
• Current CPR/First Aid/TB certification
• At least one year of verifiable experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Applicants with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
• Must have a valid Virginia CNA License
