This is the main airport serving Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. As a contracted staffing firm for the DFW Intl. Airport, we are seeking long term associates to work in the Parking Business Unit, providing world-class customer service as a Guest Experience associate.

Job Summary:
- Willingly provide assistance to Airport patrons by transporting customers to their vehicles located in terminal parking or remote parking lots when requested.
- Willingly provide assistance to Airport patrons by loading and unloading luggage.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the parking garage and stairwells by picking up and removing debris, broken glass, etc.
- Willingly perform minor vehicle repairs such as inflating tires and jump starting batteries.
- Calls for wrecker service upon patrons request
- Communicates with Airport patrons by answering questions, giving directions, offering area maps and offering literature to promote owner city events.
- Coordinates with DPS and Energy, Transportation & Asset Management department for assistance with public safety problems/issues and facility needs such as sweeping, replacing light bulbs in terminal parking structures
- Inspects parking area for cleanliness and maintenance needs. Removes debris such as paper, cans, and bottles from the garage area.
- Provides assistance to ensure patron safety and operational excellence during emergency situations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shift assignments
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to prepare and maintain routine records and reports
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies
- Ability to communicate clearly using a two-way radio and mobile telephone
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Skill in managing customer care during difficult or challenging situations. Public relations problems
- Ability to drive an electric cart and/or mini-van
- Ability to pass a medical examination
- Must have good private driving record, defined as: (a) no more than two (2) convictions of moving violations in the last 36 months and (b) no DWI convictions in the last 60 months.
- One (1) year of experience in a position requiring extensive public contact
- Possession of a valid class C driver's license
- Must be 21 years old
Education and Experience:
Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent
