We are hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor in the Mars area with an annual salary of $60k - $80k based on experience. You’ll work with a global leader in the design and manufacture of equipment and components that support several worldwide industries, including metals, power, petrochem, and pulp / paper. This is a full-time direct hire position.
Machine Shop Supervisor Role & Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct manufacturing experience needed.
- Designing processes, procedures & systems.
- Investigating production problems.
- Making improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Experience with tool design, CNS Programming, and manual machining.
- Hands on manufacturing experience in machining assembly of heavy industrial equipment and MRO in a low volume / high complexity environment.
- Some knowledge of welding is a plus.
- Experience with MRP software.
Machine Shop Supervisor Pay & Benefits:
- This is a direct hire position for the manufacturer.
- Starting annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000.
- Full benefits package available.
