EARLY CHILDHOOLD ASSISTANT TEACHER
PositionThe Montclair Cooperative School is seeking a full-time early childhood assistant teacher (grades EA-K) to start September 2024.
About the SchoolThe Montclair Cooperative School is an independent Early Ages through Eighth grade school founded in 1963 and located in Montclair, NJ. We have an enrollment of approximately 130 students, a program that is progressive and a community that is highly collaborative.
QualificationsThe Co-op seeks candidates who have a rapport with and appreciation of children in this age group, an ability to be resourceful, flexible and creative and a desire to work collaboratively. An understanding of progressive education practices and an undergraduate degree in education or other relevant major is required
