We're looking for someone to help support the ongoing growth of our diverse team of over 500 members. As the HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborate with HR Team and Leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement and organizational design.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies in coordination with Business Partners to attract top-tier candidates across all company positions.
Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, networking, and events to actively source and engage potential candidates, while also forecasting future talent needs to support company growth.

For our HR Generalist, we're looking for someone amazing as you who has:

a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least two (2) years of progressive HR experience
Possess knowledge of federal and Hawai'i specific labor laws
Proficiency in HR software
Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is a plus!
