Position: HR Generalist II

Duration: Full-time with bonus

Location: Penn Plaza, Newark, NJ

Direct Client: Immediate interview

The Human Resources Generalist II will partner with division business leaders to implement HR solutions to help drive business results. The position will provide HR support and expertise to the assigned division in the core functional areas of Human Resources, including, but not limited to: employee relations and investigations, performance management, employee development, change management, and compensation. This position will:

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Advanced degree preferred

Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Employee Relations.
