Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scaffold Foreman/Erector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, safety protocols, and team management. This role involves coordinating scaffolding projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols for operations.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to team members.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of laborers.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Resource Management:

Manage inventory, equipment, and materials related to scaffolding.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding operations.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety procedures, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
